    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the LocalRank website (localrank.cz) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    LocalRank provides local SEO services, including but not limited to:

    • Google Business Profile optimization
    • Local search engine optimization
    • Website optimization for local search
    • Review management assistance
    • Local citation building

    3. Client Responsibilities

    When using our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
    • Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and other platforms
    • Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
    • Comply with Google's terms of service and guidelines
    • Pay for services as agreed upon

    4. No Guaranteed Results

    While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are complex and subject to change without notice.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    6. Confidentiality

    We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, strategies, and materials created by LocalRank remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You retain ownership of your business information and existing content.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    LocalRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    9. Third-Party Services

    Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (Google, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect our services or your results.

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for all services rendered up to the termination date.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
